Field of Screams 13: The Unlucky returns to Historic O’Keefe Ranch in Vernon on Friday, September 25 and runs through Sunday, November 1, 2026 .
The mazes
Choose one maze, enter two or attempt to survive all four.
Maze 2
Distortion
You crossed into the wrong frequency. Rooms repeat, doorways return you to where you started, and familiar spaces change when you look away. The farther you move, the less you can trust what is real.
Maze 3
Chocolate Factory
The roadside tours ended decades ago, but the lights, music and machinery never fully stopped. Enter the faded candy shop and follow the old tour route into a factory that was supposed to be empty.
Maze 4
Vintage Hotel
The lobby is open, the desk is staffed and your key is waiting. Every employee and guest belongs to another time, but the hotel still recognizes a new arrival.

Getting there
- Arrival and opening
- Enter and park from St. Anne’s Road. Parking opens at 6:00 PM. Ticket check-in and the mazes both open at 6:30 PM. Follow the signs and parking attendants’ directions when you arrive.
- Parking
- Parking, entrance, and exit access are all located on St. Anne’s Road. Follow the signs and directions from parking attendants when you arrive. They will guide you into the cornfield parking area.
What it's like, and what to wear
- Weather
- Field of Screams operates rain, shine, or snow. Most of the event is outdoors, so guests should dress appropriately for the weather.
- What to wear
- Wear warm layers, waterproof outerwear, and sturdy closed-toe shoes or boots. Expect mud, uneven ground, and the possibility of getting wet or dirty. Avoid clothing or costumes that drag on the ground or could snag inside the mazes. Leave valuable or luxury items at home.

- Suitability
- Field of Screams is designed to scare and is best suited for teens and adults. The event is not recommended for children under 12, but parents must decide what is appropriate for their child.
- Safety
- Field of Screams includes dark areas, loud sounds, strobe lights, fog machines, uneven terrain, and frightening visuals. Attendees enter at their own risk. The experience is not recommended for individuals with heart conditions, epilepsy, light or sound sensitivities, those who are pregnant, or anyone with mobility concerns. Accommodations are made when possible.

- Rules
- Field of Screams has a strict no-touch policy to protect actors and visitors. Alcohol consumption is also prohibited. Anyone who appears to have been drinking will be asked to leave and return another time.
- Prohibited items
- Prohibited items include alcohol or illegal substances, weapons or dangerous objects, outside food or drinks unless medically required, and masks that cover the entire face. Smoking and vaping are prohibited in the queue and maze areas.
Ticket conditions
- Refunds
- No. All ticket sales are final unless Field of Screams officially cancels the event for safety reasons. If the entire event is cancelled, ticket holders will be contacted with rescheduling or refund options.
- Re-entry
- No refunds are provided if you leave early or choose not to enter every maze. If you leave before using all your maze entries, you may return on another night and use the remaining portion of your ticket. Bring the ticket back with you.
- Ticket transfers
- If you cannot attend the event, your ticket is fully transferrable to any guest, no need to contact us first.

- Official weather updates and cancellations will be posted on the Field of Screams Facebook and Instagram pages and at fosokanagan.com. Check these sources before attending during severe weather.
